Join our business as a Customer Service Advisor
No matter your career background, if you’re enthusiastic about bikes and cycling you might be the ideal person to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for Customer Service Advisors to be a part of the team at our cycling mad offices in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales. You will work directly within the Personal Lines division of the business with key duties including developing relationships with the PedalCover client base, finding the best insurance policy for clients and dealing with any other general enquiries that may come your way. Passion and ambition will go a long way in terms of career success, however, we are seeking well-rounded applicants who can display a wide range of qualities including strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to showcase excellent customer focus.
