In order to submit an insurance claim, you will need to provide a number of documents. Please make sure you have these ready to go before starting the claims process:
Do not instruct or undertake any works before our claims team have reviewed your information and provided further instruction. We reserve the right to reject costs for any works undertaken before approval is obtained.

I declare that the information contained in this form is true to the best of my knowledge and I have not withheld any information connected with this claim.
