Accidental Damage Claim

All bicycle insurance claims are handled by our in-house claims team.

In order to submit an insurance claim, you will need to provide a number of documents. Please make sure you have these ready to go before starting the claims process:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership for the bike including any upgrades you have made (receipt or other electronic proof)
• Proof of ownership for any other items you are claiming for, such as clothing or accessories
• Photographs of the bike (pre and post damage)
• Your policy number
• Photo ID (passport, driving licence)
• Evidence of your trip if the damage happened abroad (boarding passes etc.)

Do not instruct or undertake any works before our claims team have reviewed your information and provided further instruction. We reserve the right to reject costs for any works undertaken before approval is obtained.
