- Pedal Cover will provide the Prize to one winner.
- The competition is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years and over.
- No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
- You will only be contacted by Pedal Cover if you are the competition winner.
- The competition winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram
- If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond, Pedal Cover reserves the right to redraw and offer the Prize to a different winner.
- Each entry is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- Pedal Cover accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with each Prize and not specifically included in each Prize.
- Pedal Cover accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability (other than set out below) for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the Prize.
- Your details will not be passed to any third party companies outside of Pedal Cover (which is a trading style of The Plan Group Ltd.).
- You can also find out who has won the prize by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the giveaway to Pedal Cover, The Old Mill, Ewenny, CF35 5BN , 30 days after the closing date of the giveaway.
- If the advertised Prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
